Enable/Disable "NEW THREADS" NOTIFICATIONS in Shoutbox

Many times in the hours when people are making SO MANY NEW THREADS its impossible to read the Shoutbox,
I am not saying to eliminate the appearance of new theads in the shutbox but an option to be enable/disable,
like a small box or filter.

Already 2 sb is there general sb and Marketplace Sb adding another sb for only threads doesn't sounds good but that enable/ disable threads options appearing on sb sounds nice
