That requirement is only for non upgraded users, all other ranks can see it without needing to reply.

1. Select Content that you want to hide
2. Click on the padlock button as shown in image below
3. Done


Now non-upgraded members will have to comment on your thread to see content, upgraded members can see it without commenting.
