Gonna check this out. Is this the guranteed ban method? Will update. :)

UPDATE
This method does infact work, BUT be cautious when using this method. Blizzard is locking down and will IP ban your account if you are caught abusing this system. I recommend doing this a maximum of 3x a day with a VPN on a new account in an emulator. Otherwise good luck!
