SUB-FORUM 'TESTERS'

What do you think about a sub forum in 'Marketplace' called 'Testers', which would make members test things with each other, for example:
User1 created a tool for Twitch, which needs tokens and User2 wants beta access to this tool so User2 will have to provide the tokens, so User1 will be able to build his tool fastly and cheaply.
I think it will be nice to add 'Testers' group or something like that, so User1 knows who is negociating with him, or like a MM service for that to trusted people only.

That way, people would be able to create tools exclusively to cracked.

What you think? It's a good idea or nah?
