Screenshots of Communication: There is communication over the last two months, not sure what I should show here.
Additional Information: It has been about two months and still have not gotten the original project I paid for. He has been stringing me a long and not finishing anything I paid for. He would throw in bigger and more elaborate stuff to implement into my site but nothing that I could ever actually use came to be. Everyday I ask him to finish and he says "easy fix will take an hour" and then disappears all day. The next day the same thing. I have reached the end of my patience and would like the return of my money.

He hasnt paid for the project, proof is down below, he just decided that he doesnt want it anymore and doesnt want to pay for my work this is the second time this has happend with him

I did pay, however this is a typical scam of eastern Europeans like this dev, they string you along and up sale you into oblivion without giving you a price but continuing to work. This is how they get you to continuously pay for never ending projects. The original project was never completed yet he says "this is not how this works", I told him countless times I do not want the extra work but would go ahead and do the work. He is from Albania and obviously young and poor and has also brought him "friends" into the scam and making me buy graphic work from them, that ended up being stolen clip art from the web.

Id also like to point out, he said he produced a working website? sure it works but the content gets put on his server and does not upload to mine so the site is useless and not completed nor does it work per the agreement. I basically paid him and his friends to make a site for themselves.

You havent paid the full amount of the project You have just decided that you dont want the saas feature anymore and dont want to pay for the already done work and if you paid me the full amount please send proof, I already sent screenshots that proves you havent paid for the saas addon work.

And if you to talk about my country just remember who spent 5 years in prison for money laundering and what you done to me is no surprise coming from you

If you told me many times to stop the work please send proof.

About the file upload bug - its a problem on the server we already went through this and you need to contact the host and change the maximum upload limit on php.ini file

I sent you thousands of dollars which you agreed upon, I still do not have a site that works and am -3k dollars. I told you, I want what I originally asked and I don't want all the fluff you kept adding and adding and never finished. I even went as far as to ask you for a vouch on this profile so I can wash my hands of this project and you because of you're misleading ways.

Proof, of the discord conversations I can do however this is over 2 months of you you saying you would finish the project and then talking to me about your little town you're from and taking pictures of little girls in your class room. Give me time to gather screen shots.

He has the complete website uploaded to his host and it works with all of the features he asked for. The admins can test it themselves and see that everything is working
He doesnt want to pay beacuse today he decided that he doesnt want the saas feature anymore but i have already done the work and i still havent gotten any money

That's not how this works, ok @Liars, test the website. As I stated above it is useless, everything goes to your server. I cant access or view uploaded content because its on your server. I'm not even mad about the money. You obviously need it more than me if you need steal from your customers. I am still willing to trade a vouch and ill close this thread. I am really only doing this so other paying customers can avoid being scammed by you.
