so here's what happened

he order a custom combo from me 
i have him time 24/h
due to issues with my internet and vpn proviser (ovh) which was down
i wasnt able to get online neither access the dumps

anyways i am refunding the user since i don't want impatient buyers

and the fact it have nothing to do with my cloud but my self makes me laugh , that he have added cloud link not profile link
