I dont have to convince you on anything, but think about it sir, Staff members will be motivated to work, every member will try to do their best.

Advantages of paying staff:
-Less scam reports
-More motivated Members and staff
-More reports will be done in a short period of time
-More active members
-Retired staff will come back
 and alot more reason

Disadvantages
-Almost all members will want to be staff
-Alot more Mod Applications
-Alot of jealousy towards staff for being overpaid or underpaid
-Members being jealous towards staff members for Being paid
-Less budget
And alot of other reason
