How one might find more happiness through meaning by implementing basic things in every day life:
- Get a routine, it doesn't matter what you do just make sure you dedicate 10 minutes - 1 hour of your day and do that thing religiously at the exact same time every day until it becomes a habit. I don't care if it's reading a book, researching a topic of interest, meditating, walking/runing etc. There are a million things to do. - Inactivate all social media accounts, stop watching porn just use your imagination, stop watching the news. - Cut out all seed/vegetable oils, refined sugar and grains from your diet. - Try new things every month, it doesn't matter if you suck at it or if its boring just make sure you try it - If you don't like what you try then just move on to something else and eventually you will find something to dedicate your free time to. - Take someone out for dinner once in a while, I don't care if its a date with someone or if its a family member/friend just do it. - Lower worthless consumption greatly and start investing what money you don't need for the moment, this can be through stocks, funds, crypto, rental properties, vending machines, leasing veichles for example and don't touch that money for at least 20+ years, ideally keep investing a small amount of money every month. NEVER invest money that you need, just exchange that useless netflix and pornhub subscribtion for a monthly automatic deposit in a global index fund for example. - Don't compare yourself to other people, you are only every allowed to compare yourself to who you were yesterday, a week ago, a year ago and so on. Suddenly after doing these simple things for a while you will have more free time, more interests in life, more health and more meaning and eventually more wealth if you are consistent with long-term investing.
