I think it would be best to add a "Remove Vouch" feature incase you accidentally vouch for someone or mess it up somehow. It should of course alert the user that the Vouch was removed and give the user a cooldown.

I really don't see the point of this suggestion. When you are adding a vouch you are getting a form that you need to fill (rating, comment, cost) along with thread title in it. You really can't "accidentally" fill entire form without confirmation.

true, but let's be honest, there are those type of people. I mean im not saying its a terrible idea but it'll definitely have a bunch of cons
