@Teken I've taken over this due to ExplodingCat being on holiday.
The provider that we are using went down for awhile and won't let us cashout the balance so I'm going to refund out of own pocket and I've mentioned that to him in the ticket.

He will be refunded with his card or crypto amount once I get my Paypal funds
