its all in the screenshots. hes talking in general and ignoring my ticket for days. i accidently sent an overpayement of 750 without a tag and i said something in the ticket. another one i guess i messed up the tag i never got account, both door dash fa's there was a few more before this with invalid logs he didnt replace i just gave up with them. i have every purchase receipt from his shop in my email. unfortunately his last server got termed a few days ago i lost that ticket of me asking for a replacement that never got replaced. he seems like a busy person but its not cool i see him in general a few times a day and my ticket goes unseen all day.

he dosent do support he has staff to do support try ping polo he is always active and he will replace you

ok all staff was pinged, his staff cant be blamed for his guarentees. hes the owner. i already messaged him telling him his staff suck, when he found out im not interested buying his $3000 piece of software he stopped responding to me completly, anyways that is the only time i got a quick response out of him. its not like i was 6 minutes and cried about it i been waiting days. Theres people in his server waiting to be paid out on giveaways and replacement logs, they will be here soon im sure of it.
