Try contacting Steam Support and say that you got scammed. This is all you can really do. Trading skins for money might be against TOS so dont tell them you did that and just say they promised to give you free skins or something like that so they believe you.

And if you don't want to do that, please tell me what I should do to get my gloves back or somehow get this retard reported. Thank you.
