Additional Information: He tells me clearly that he is in direct contact with OVH so he stipulates very well that he buys directly the servers to OVH except that he totally lies and buys them to a reseller who sells them to him 50€ for exactly the same configuration when we ask him for refund because he does not assume that it is not his servers he has clearly left the conversation

Hello, (sorry for my bad english)

I have just written something on the sales thread: "Regarding recents events about cute-hosting. This ad is removed. I added this ad some months ago because i was managing it. Now i'm not, that's why i'm only suppor tteam member. I know a scam report is going to be send to c.to admin soon today. I will leave like a dumbass or remove this thread. I don't fcking know what is gonig on with the owner of cute-hosting. I thought i could trust him. 

During the scam report i will defend MYSELF, not cute-hosting. I know nobody is supposed to advertised something like that.

I ddn't know he was going to do that, i can prove that i do not know anything about this case, i can prove i didn't receive money (i didn't receive money at all thx to this business because as i said i was just managing it quickly 2 months ago and stopped now)"

As i said in this: i'm not managing  it since some months. I know i should have deleted this thread because i was not owning this. But i forgot.

I can prove that i'm not into this "scam" or this abusive reselling. I have never received any money from this business ( because it was slow at first and that's why i stopped).


The "scammer" in this case is not on cracked.to so it looks like i will take all on in the face.
I'm actually arguing with the owner of cute-hosting to get a refund from him.

I beg you to let me defend myself, i don't have the money in this case, i don't have access to cute-hosting servers or whatever.

I'm writing this quickly i didn't think a lot about how to explain it. I will probably write something again or discuss with all involved members/admins to defend my case.

I clearly understand that you say it's my fault. But i was trusting him, i didn't see any problems of "scam" or abusive resell except this....

So i continued to advertise to help him.

I don't want to be considered innocent, but i'm not the scammer here.

I am sorry for writing here but proxy selling is not allowed. No matter how much you cry, it is your fault. Even if you "tried to help him" you clearly broke the rules. You should refund him...or get banned.

As i said before i don't have the money. Because i'm not the man who did the transaction. I'm not crying lmfao i know i will probably get ban just because of the ad that i forgot to delete.
