Additional Information: I bought  yahoo logs from him for real there wasn't 1 checked that didn't have like 3 previous sing ins and yes ofc the checker makes one sing in 
attempted but last time I checked checkers didn't change passwords of different services I don't care about the 8$ this has to stop @Galaxvz honestly liked you as a person but
this is just scummy you know damm well these are resold so quit the bullshit and take it on the chin and move on its not about the money I lost its to stop this MF resell logs. @Teken

He was offered a refund but didn't take it, this wouldn't be considered a valid scam report. Just him trying to report people and get them banned for his own satisfaction.

They are Yahoo accounts, he claimed I resold them which I didn't. After, since I saw he was unsatisfied I offered to refund him. he just opened the report without taking my refund?
