Additional Information:

They haven't kept up with their end of the deal, as you can see, I made my payment on Feb 10th, so just a bit over a month ago, and they haven't provided either confirmation or delivery. I know Dell SE's are hard right now, but it would have been nice if they just told me, gave me an estimate of when the deal might actually come through - instead they treated me like a pest during the process, blocking me from sending messages in my own ticket for awhile, and even 'accidentally' kicking me off the server.

These guys have delivered two things for me in the past, so I felt fine not using MM, stupid perhaps. Right now though, I just don't want to work with them anymore, i'd like a refund, as they haven't kept up their end of the deal.

They already agreed to send me a refund, they sent something, doublespent and changed their tune:

We offered him a 50% Refund that we offered him which we dont since we dont refund for Non Failed refunds

and that he is not the only person whos got money with us 
so we made an annoucement to all the members
about how's situtation 
and please bare with us

D: Please let me know how i'm annoying. All I did was ask for updates on my order periodically.

Don't know why you're saying i'm from Canada. Lord knows if I gave you a real name and address, you would be threatening to dox me right now.
You made those announcements after ignoring me for days.

Please just refund me.

There was one Guy who almost waited 2 months
Received a U49 when paid for U38

Our final offer is 50% refund or wait till the monitor gets delivered

I don't agree to a 50% refund. Let's just wait and see what admin thinks.

@Elixar Is there an estimated arrival time? @sadsadsadsadsadsad You should wait a little longer. If it doesn't arrive at a certain time then you can get a full refund.

I would be fine with all of that if he woulda just been a little professional to me. I wasn't asking for too much. I just don't want to work with him anymore.

How long would it be fine to wait now? It's already been over a month.
