Pretty sure you can use repl.it to host bots by using certain scripts. It works with Python with a combination of flask and keep_alive modules and Uptimerobot, but I'm not too sure on Javascript. Good luck on the bots, though.

You might be able to host your bot on AWS Free package using the EC2 VPS, depending of how much RAM ur gonna need.
