sent video like 6 hours after lmao since he sent it right at the time i go to sleep i got delayed in checking and all of the tokens were locked out. now framing me for posting fake ss and using shit tool when i clearly said i will use them as accounts.  here is another ss of him telling me to open ticket.  ticket transcript lmao
Additional Information: told me to open ticket for refund as soon as i sent him the screenshot then his staff acted like a dumbass showing me TOS saying **only 1 hour to claim refund** lmao

The user in general was told about our TOS in a ticket before buying, in which he closed. He knew he had to check them but didn’t, which he even admitted in the ticket. He knew what he had to do yet didn’t do it. From what I believe, he is trying to get his money back because of his shitty tool fucking the token, which isn’t our fault, as our tokens are checked daily, and the stock which he bought from were even checked before sending off to him.

No refund will be given especially when we told you to check them in the ticket
