Like the title says, I want to turn this dollar into a million dollars. This seems impossible and stupid but I want to start this journey. I know it will not be overnight and it will probably take years before I can achieve this goal but I want to start with a dollar. I will not input any more money into this investment and all expenses will come out of this dollar but I want this 100 pennies 100,000,000 pennies. Any thoughts, advice, or suggestions on where to start?

Buy something cheap from it, like a pen. Then go outside and tell ppl what you want to do and sell them for 2$ or trade for something else which worth more.
You can do it online with any cracked account but I don't think it will work like irl. Or maybe with a win10 key then sell it on g2a for 10x more money

Interesting concept, I think I saw a video once where a guy did this with a paperclip and traded his way up to a house in Europe or something like that. That would be a fun experiment but do you think people (aka humanity) will be willing to help?
