Thanks @MoneyWraith  for your reply:)
Could you link me some resources on that?
How to login to the router if the IP address is the public IP address assigned by the isp? Being phisically on the machine you can access the control panel by the local IP address right? But what if you know only the public IP address?

It depends, if you type the IP into your search bar and get prompted with a login screen then you're good to go

But normally the public IP a router produces you can't really login through it, it depends though, as long as you get auth page you're good

Once you're in, browse the menu on what you can do, most routers come with a terminal where you can execute simple linux commands

Thanks @MoneyWraith, I appreciate your helpl :)
What if I'm not prompted with the login screen? What can the public IP address be useful for?

Thanks @MoneyWraith  :)
So when you find tutorials and guides here, on how to get someone IP address using services like grabify or the likes, what are you meant to do with such IP address?

Do a NMAP scan on the IP address, if you're lucky some service allowing you to login (SSH, telnet, remote admin, whatever) will be enabled on the WAN side. If not... you need to get psychical access to it or a 0-day, but then if you got 0-day why need login credentials?
