Hey,So Im A New Designer Here And I Gived some godlike membres and i contact them on discord and theyreply and i give them a designs 
after that no one gives me vouch/rep
just @Ryze (reputation) + @Tor (vouche)
and others just tell me that the designs are cool and nice on discord
and they never contact me since that
is this okey ? bcz its seems like a scam i think

That's what most of them do, take the vouch, leave some reply with bs they don't even know about, and stock up the shit u gave them. 
Try to find ppl that are interested in your work. do some tweaks: banners for selling/websites assets and other things hence here ppl got their own websites for selling and shit. try to find the thing that fits u.

In both case,

If seller provides vouch copy on his own or godlike person asked for vouch,

They has to leave vouch it maybe positive, negative or neutral . but if they got vouch copy they need to leave vouch..

And by above convo, it seems that u dont have Sales Thread. You need sales thread first so there they can add vouch.

And u can make sales thread only when u are upgraded here with any rank.

Member rank people are not allowed to post selling threads. So buy upgrade first. I suggest Infinity or supreme if u want long Selling business. If u buy premium after expire of rank your selling thread will be closed.
