Online sources say it's gonna take 6-12 months to heal. Has anyone dealt with it personally before? Seems like rotator cuff injury/ impingement syndrome. Can't go to a physician anytime soon. Please advise.
I read your post originally a week ago. I was wondering what you've done and if there's any improvement at all. Were you able to get to a doctor somehow? I don't know how else you can figure out exactly what the problem is.
Yeah, it's fixed. I looked up what muscles and tendons sit in there, and figured it out. Got it into a comfortable position at my side, then basically moved my shoulders so that the blades felt like they're touching behind my back. There are some stabilisers near the scapula that prevent you from crushing your own spine, and engaging them means the acromion will lift off the rotator cuff tendon and allow it to go back to it's position. Did some repetitions of just rolling my shoulder back towards the spine, then avoided lifting my arm for a couple days. It's good as new now.

It was definitely impingement. Fixed it by doing some medical mumbo jumbo on my back tendons. I'm good now.
