I tryed to but a Paypal and ebay and he told me that can provide. He asked me what payment method I want. I say Paypal F&F.
He accepted I sent him 25$ and then he banned me on telegram

i Say paypal family and friends. He accepted and I gave money then... immediately he banned me....what I was supposed to do? I reach PayPal but they don't accept the refund...so I lost 25$. I was really interested in this account because I really need it

I never banned u...because u opened dispute thats why i deleted our chat because u already open dispute ...and besides i was checking if you sent as family and friends and u demanded dispute....all the same u got ur funds back tho so where did i scam you ?

@panaru did you receive your funds from PayPal?

Just to be clear. He banned me after I sent him money on paypal for family and friends..
1 minute after the blocked me on telegram. After that  I try a refund form PayPal but unsuccessful .
I am really interested in ebay + paypal this is why I opened a thread.

You opened dispute so prob u got Ur funds back .. its not showing my account now and besides i never banned u in telegram...I just deleted chat because u tried playing smart! if im ripper ill have waited to cash out the funds before deleting chat or blocking u ..u gotta be smart an ave waited but impatience and disputed the funds

that's not true.... 1 minute after you got the money you banned me. That's the true.. I didn't play smart because I gave you money... And you banned me. Regarding PayPal as you can see the case is closed I can get a refund. Your argument can't stand because you didn't deliver anything. You know that
