Cleaning up upgraded tools

The upgraded tools forum has a lot of good tools but there's also a solid amount of them that don't work.

Main reason i bought supreme was cuz of tools...only to find out most of them do not work. I feel i got scammed

they can't really be outdated if they never worked in the first place, but yeah they should go somewhere else.
