Scam Report Against 0x72 aka robert hacked my website and deleted everything

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Alright So I woked up and visited my website i see this thing  basically i am using @Zombie combo cloud theme
so robert hacked my cpannel and deleted eevrything related to combo cloud 
I have 13gb worth of combos + users db and everything which he deleted so i contacted zombie what hapened he said someone hacked my cpannel and who did its ip is Hostname/IP 86-124-22-246.bacau.rdsnet.ro   Now @CCKool who is acctually 0x72 he is been banned before too on cracked.to

As U know Doxxing and Hacking Is Probhited which @CCKoolid also he said the website is skidded althrough its not bcz @Zombie custom created everything for my cloud 
Due to @CCKool I got Loss too Bcz he deleted every data of Cyber-Data cloud 
He has to pay for the damage which he did

Please explain me: How it comes that you've the same IP as the person who logged into my cPannel? For administrators: His IP is a residential IP, lookup yourself.
