Hello, Staff or Admins i figure out that +Rep button count clicks
even if you don't give rep to member its count that u already did
my eng is fucking terrible i hope you got what i'm trying to explain here.
Results: if you click 2 +rep button its said you already gived reputation to member.
i can upload video for more info. @floraiN

Updating reps for a member also includes the count
You've probably updated someone's rep.
