No sleep, covid19!!!!! Help

Sup everyone i hope you guys are doing great. Lately I haven't been sleeping like I have to go two nights without sleep and then sleep the third night for like 5 hours this covid19 got me stressed. Am lost don't know what to do any suggestions please don't be shy thanks

just stop using internet for few days i know it is hard to do but if u able to do so u will find yourself relaxing !

Stay away from media coverage of the virus.  I know it's hard since that's all everyone is talking about, but try to limit yourself to once or twice a day.

Start exercising?  Run a bit and practice safe distancing of course.  Or start a body workout in your own place.  There are lots of YouTube videos to follow.  I would recommend high intensity interval training.  It'll put you to bed.

Pick up a new hobby.  Read a book.  Learn a new program.  Teach yourself a new skill.  

Find an interest and just do it.  No excuses.

Exercise, is the best advice, I suffered myself with, after some days without a proper rest a realize if I made a small routine of streching, pushups, legs and abs I would sweat a little bit before to take a shower a relax myself.
