Another scam report against @juliadev

scammed amount : $25 USD

Juliadev was claiming to have been selling gift cards. He wasn't selling gift cards, but instead Amazon Store Cards, which are debit cards and illegal.
This is against forum rules, and I was given a randomly generated debit card instead of a gift card. Upon contacting him for a refund or exchange, he just ignored me.
