Additional Information: I had paid him for kraken verified account, first he delivered kraken account with pending verification which then got closed by kraken. I asked for refund, he told me he would make another account. For 2nd account he didn't send me kraken password till now + there is no "your account verified email" from kraken in email's inbox
I want him to refund my money, I had already wasted 3 days talking to him.

i send to buyer first accont after just 12h of buy and it was was fully verified and ready to work and these is proofs https://imgur.com/a/oKmCsaa and buyer check email and get it verfied https://imgur.com/3aYppMt also i send conditions before send account he must use proxy and dont depoit over 1k https://imgur.com/NWqj9Ch but buyer use vpn and that makes account closed so i kindly told him i will make replace for him and send him after i send him the new account he said i want refund dont want any accs after i send him details and docs and pay in these accs
