Additional Information: i bought wise account 2 weeks ago , i followed his guide for that i accepted to pay extra fee 30$  to topup card and  fully verify account and in that process he spent 5 days taking too long to reply and topup card, in that 5 days the account get locked by it self , he did not replace account he claimed its proxy problem, which i used for years with no problem , i didn't do any transaction on the wise account yet it got limited he did not replace, instead he told me he will give me discount if i buy another one, i accepted like a moron ,
he sent wise 2nd account with his guide again , this time i used his suggested proxy, after minutes of use, only one income transaction on wise, it got limited , i had option to move out that income transaction before wise closes account, so i did , strange thing emails saying that outgoing transaction i did it was reported by who ever created account or owner who had access to account in mobile app he called wise support  trying to steal my wise money thankfully i emptied the moment it got limited now they want to reverse the money and have it themselves , case still pending ,  the seller again blamed my proxy and transaction i did , i got screwed twice

• First account is not even entitled for a refund, since the account was delivered over 2 weeks ago, and his account got closed after his 24h warranty was over. 
  

• Second, the 2nd account he bought, I gave him a 3 days warranty and the account did indeed get verified within my warranty, he will get a replacement in 24-48h max!
  
• My TOS, which he automatically agress when buying clearly All sales are final, therefore he can only get replacements

Who ever created the account logged into it triggering security verification which resulted into limiting the 2nd account, then tried to steal my money inside wise
