Description of Events
I am opening this dispute against ICAAgent47 for failing to deliver the agreed service after receiving payment and subsequently ignoring my communications while being active on this forum.

1. The Agreement:
I contacted the user on Discord (0n1_demon) to purchase a Discord member entry for a ticketing service. We agreed on a price of 100 USDC.

2. The Payment:
I sent the 100 USDC to his provided Binance address. The transaction was confirmed on the blockchain.
I will send the hash to mod to confirm.

3. The Issue (Ghosting):
Immediately after the funds hit his wallet, the user stopped replying to my Discord Direct Messages.

I have fulfilled my part of the deal. The user has the money and is refusing to provide the service or reply, despite being online.

I request that ICAAgent47 either:
- Refunding the 100 USDC immediately.
- Delivering the service agreed upon.

If neither is done, I request a permanent ban for this user to prevent them from scamming others.
