First of all, I want to emphasize that I was not scammed in the typical way. He provided me with a Payback.de config. Up to that point, everything seemed fine. However, I then noticed that I was getting almost no hits at all, even though Payback is a very large company where you can collect points in supermarkets and redeem them later.
At first, I let it go. But then I realized that I was getting private, very specifically targeted Payback combos, for which I spent a lot of money. He claimed that the problem was caused by my German residential configs. During this time, I kept spending more and more money because I could not believe that I was finding almost no accounts.
@mrcombo1 ignored everything else, including my combos, and instead suggested that I should buy combos directly from him. Those combos then suddenly had a few hits, which he most likely added on purpose.
NOW TO THE MAIN PROBLEM:
In his sales thread it says: “No need captcha solver.” I started wondering why OB2 was marking an extremely large number of accounts as CAPTCHA. (In total, I have checked several million accounts.)

Up to that point, I had around 106,000 Payback accounts that could not be checked because of CAPTCHA. Because of his statement “No need captcha solver,” I believed him. At the beginning, I trusted him and invested a lot of money into proxies, RDPs, and of course combos.
Very rarely, I would get an account — roughly one hit per 50,000 accounts — purely by chance. I even bought combos that were specially targeted. All combo providers were surprised, saying that this could not be normal. As a result, I checked several million accounts and spent more than 200€ on German residential proxies alone.
When I asked him on Telegram what the CAPTCHA category actually meant, he always avoided the question. Later, I found out that this config was stolen/copied from @MrDevil. I made screenshots of everything that proves the config was copied and that he lied about not needing a captcha solver.

Er hat die Öffentkiche Config als privat Config mit angeblichen Captcha umweg verkauft. Die originale Config würde am 16. September veröffentlicht!

My main issue is that I bought a config with false and misleading information, especially regarding CAPTCHA bypassing. He kept blaming my setup, my combos, and my proxies, so that I would keep spending more money — which I did at the beginning. Sometimes his combos had a few hits, which made it seem like it was my fault.
I invested a lot of money because I was made to believe that the problem was on my side (proxies, combos, RDPs). Now he is trying to backpedal and says that if I do not post this ban report, I will get the new version for free, as shown in the chat screenshots.
I definitely want my money back. Because of him, this config caused me to lose a lot of money. He shifted all the blame onto me.
