Scam report against @NGOnfire 200$ + 16$ account

Screenshots of Communication:  If requested, I can even delete the last five months of chat history. I believe what I have written is sufficient.

  1. This user purchases products on Telegram using different Telegram addresses and then resells them without permission. They banned my account, which was worth $200, and I am demanding a refund. Now I am telling you about the massive fraud they have committed in every way.
  2. This user collects products from stores and then sells them. With products that do not belong to him. Normally, buying in bulk from stores and reselling is not against the rules, but now I'm revealing how he runs his system.
  3. The user has been regularly purchasing accounts from me since June 13th. As a shared account. When I asked if they were selling on the forum, they told me they weren't, but that they were selling outside the forum.

  5. I pulled a nice bluff on him and found out who he was. Then, when I looked into it, I saw he had the same conversation with another seller.
  6. Knowing I wouldn't give him another chance to buy such an expensive product, he contacted me using a different Telegram address.

  8. He buys the account every 8 days. The same account. Let's get to the point where he got caught. It turns out this user buys it and resells it in his own store. The website is at the top. If you look at the image, you can see that it matches the terms on my website exactly.
  9. To prevent the account from closing, the maximum number of devices they can log in from is 5. They make two purchases. Then they lie, saying the sessions closed. And they add two more new customers to the account.
  10. So, by making two payments, they're selling four times and making a profit. Since I didn't know this, when I sold to people, it went over five, and my account got banned because of this. But he claims they are the same customer and tries to make extra logins to earn money. And this led to my account being banned.
  11. I have a loss of $200 plus $36 because of this person. Because they are innocent.
  12. I bluffed the customer by telling them their subscription had ended and we wouldn't be getting a new account, and because it caused serious damage, I paid them $16, and they believed my bluff.
  13. I told the customer I wouldn't issue a refund, then said I could offer a different product instead. Because I knew they wouldn't accept that. Then I found out their identity on the forum. Because they immediately left negative feedback. Visual evidence is available.
  14. I said I wouldn't issue a refund unless they removed it. They told me it wasn't them and that they had told their customer to do it, and that the customer had done it. When I checked the user's website and looked at their prices, you can see that they bought the product for $22 and sold it for $28, and that their product is identical to mine.   15. He later stated that it was not him who left the negative endorsement, but the customer. The claim that this account does not belong to him is along these lines.

  23. I demand the account fee + the $16 I sent him for bluffing. If the evidence is insufficient, I can even throw in much more. The reason I wrote so much is that I don't want to add to the issue.

I did not make any purchase from this Seller. 
I was informed that this Seller has been selling the same ChatGPT PRO to 5+ different people and he will give 2FA access for login only once. 

If they ever get logged out, this Seller would accuse the Customer saying that they violated TOS by trying to logging into a second device.
When the actual matter of fact would be that, due to abuse of one single ChatGPT PRO account that this Seller sells to 5+ different people, once an account is used from a different location that previous, it triggers the servers and forces logout of earlier.

I will attach multiple proofs of this Seller fooling people by selling the same ChatGPT PRO account to so many users living in different parts of the world, only to witness the account getting logged out of 1st device for one user as soon as it gets logged in from a second device for a user living in another part of the world. And he will not help any Customer that says their account got logged out. Instead he will shift on them saying 'it was your fault and that you are lying'. Cio is no place for selling such LQ stuff.

There is more than enough proof of this Seller fooling people around the world. When he was informed that a Scam report would be created, he got scared and sent my Client a Refund for the remaining days in Warranty.

This Seller resells ChatGPT PRO from another guy. So he is scared that he has competition (as I also sell GPT PRO from a different Source), but my accounts are not as Trashy as his! 

I sold nothing to this Seller and I bought nothing from him. So now, I owe him nothing. 

UPDATE: Now the Seller has got scared and deleted the entire Chat History, Transaction and Conversations on Telegram and is currently absconding.

A kind request to Cracked Staff and Admin, please refrain from even reading this post as it would be an utter waste of your time and energy!

  1. 1. I am not the one who deleted the chat history on Telegram; if requested, I can delete the entire conversation.
  2. 2. He says he didn't make a purchase from me. So he's not saying who I talked to on Telegram. Because he's lying. He's contacting me with his secondary account.
  3. I posted this person's store address. He also sells ChatGPT Pro, and even the terms of use are the same as mine. This is proof that he bought it from me because he copied and pasted the TOS I sent him onto his page.
  4.  As soon as a second device logs in, he claims the first user is logged out of the account. If that's the case, how is he able to sell this product as a shared account?
  5. If you check his store, he sells the ChatGPT Pro product as a shared account.
  6. So when two users log in, the first user's session doesn't close. If you find what I'm saying insufficient, we can test it. Also, as additional proof, he made a purchase on October 29th. He made another purchase on November 8th, and I delivered the same account for both purchases.
  7. If it were as he said, he would have requested a refund for two accounts, not just one. Because he would have had to tell his other customer that they were kicked out of the account. But there's no such thing. This proves that what he said is a lie.
  8. Also, if the administrators request it, let's have two people log in at the same time and test it. What he said is wrong; he's lying.
Additionally, you can review similar complaint reports created by this person. They sell almost all of the products, but they create complaints for the stores. Don't you have the products you sell? Why don't you go buy them and then create a complaint report and damage their reputation?
 Review the topics he created. Don't you think this is ridiculous?

 This proves that he does not actually own the products. He buys them individually and then resells them, which is why he has complaints against him.
 
He cannot do this with his own store account, so he communicates with people using different Telegram accounts.


 
Finally, they added something like “my accounts seem better.” Why have you been buying from me for exactly five months?

He has made a total of 11 purchases from me. I can even send separate txids for each one, as he provided them to me.
 
If he wasn't satisfied with me, would he have done this? No. He has now banned my account. He stole my money.
 
And by doing this, he is also taking away other people's right to use it.
 
Also, something caught my attention. He wrote that the accounts he sells are much higher quality. I make purchases through OpenAI using my own card. My partner and I pay together. How can they be higher quality? Can he explain this?
 
 
 
He does this to other people too.
 
Everything he says is contradictory. I can respond to each of his statements separately, but he can't do that.

@pollymydolly Just like you have your 'Supplier' for all the products that you sell, I have my Supplier.

If I pay a Supplier for a product that has a defined Warranty and if he fails to honor it, I'm either eligible for a refund for the lost days in Warranty or a replacement. If I get nothing, I'm left with no other choice than a Scam Report. 

My Supplier scams, so I report them here and protect this Forum and Users by not having to buy them again from the Scammer. This is called due diligence! 

If you scam, you will be reported and your account blocked. Simple. 

I never bought anything from you, I never sold any of your products. Just because I sell something similar like yours, doesn't mean I'm reselling your Trashy scumbag products and retarded Service! 

Know the difference! Do not be a high school that nags everyday for missing your pencils and erasers!

You say you didn't buy it from me, so why would I complain about you for no reason?
 
Why would someone I don't know go on my profile and badmouth the product I sold for no reason? There has to be a reason for them to badmouth it.
 
If a customer is unhappy, they can do it from their own forum account.
 
You did that too, but you still claim you didn't make a purchase?
 
 
 
You were sourcing the product from me through a different Telegram account. The reason you did it through a different account is because you knew I would refuse if you did it through your official account.
 
Because a few other stores requested it on the forum, and I didn't give them a positive response.
 
You've just set up an arbitrage store. You don't have a single product where you're the main seller.

1. You are reselling the same ChatGPT PRO account to multiple people, to multiple users all across the world. All these accounts have 2FA enabled.

2. If one person logs in on one of his device with your 2FA code, then another person who also bought the same shared account logs in from his device from a different IP, it again triggers 2FA and the first person gets logged out of his device automatically. 

3. There is enough evidence that you threaten Customers that a 2FA code will be given once and only once. If they get logged out, you will not send them a code again. Rather accuse them saying they are lying and they are violating TOS by trying to login on their second device.

4. My Client shared enough proof of your Trashy service and reselling the same shared account to so many people and many of his Clients are now logged out and facing the same problem. They are unable to login again and you won't give them the access codes.

5. My only official Telegram is listed on my profile. If I witness trashy service and LQ products, I'm allowed to criticize about it on this forum, so that other Customers refrain from purchasing your shit! 

6. This is a free world. You cannot stop competition from seeping in, it is as if you own ChatGPT and any one who sells Subscriptions are all reselling only your trashy accounts? Get a life!

In response to your second sentence. I challenge you, let's test it. When another customer logs in, the previous customer's session does not end. Also, I log in using the code sent to my email, not the 2FA code.
 
In response to your third sentence, only one code is sufficient for logging in from a single device. If one customer's session closes automatically, all accounts' sessions close. This way, other customers write to me, and I confirm. I also request a screenshot of the device my customers use for purchases. When they log out, they send me a photo, and I log them back in.
 
In response to your fourth sentence, you specifically say “my customer.”
I can't know if they are your customer. The person who comes to me is my customer. And if there is any problem, I try to provide the best service to my customer anyway. Also, it's already a shared account. It means that more than one person uses the account. You also sell the same product. But you call it junk. If it were as you say, you wouldn't have purchased it from me 11 times.
 
The person you call my customer doesn't actually exist; that person is you.
 
If it were someone else, as you claim, they would come to me to complain about the issue. Why would they write to you? Also, you sell the product too. If this person is your customer, shouldn't they buy from you? Why would they buy from me?
 
You've been caught red-handed. I hope the managers will take the necessary action.

I am requesting the fee specified in the title. He had my account banned. Furthermore, I paid him $16 to prove this and gathered sufficient evidence.

I am requesting that this amount be paid to me, otherwise I am requesting that his account be banned.
