Scam report against @Refunding

Additional Information: Ordered FTID LIT and drop off receipt. The FTID tracking showing delivered instead of LIT and resulted in failed result. The invoice service is said to be delivered in 24h, I asked to cancel after 48h+ as it took too long. Eventually the seller refunded to the website balance and explained that they don't do fund refund. It would be ok in any other situation but in this case they didn't actually deliver the promised service, they got the wrong FTID and never delivered the receipt in the promised 24h time. It was very disappointing experience and the communication with the support is really bad, I don't see myself using their service again anytime in the future therefore I'm asking for my money back.

TOS states that we don't offer crypto refund, this user was made aware of that and agreed before depositing. His LIT failed which sometime happens, it's mail fraud, it doesn't always go as planned. Even when he ordered the LIT he was made aware of that.

You've made the TOS in a way that it benefits you, but it doesn't change the fact. I've paid for a specific service and you didn't provide it, both of the services wasn't provided as promised and the experience in general wasn't good. I'm not gonna use the service in the future. It would be reasonable if you make an exception and refund in this case.

When you placed your order you got the following message which you agreed to

"LIT : The process of getting a label Lost In Transit, this is NOT an actualy tag. The tracking WONT say LOST in transit, It just will Never get delivered. Lit is Considered Sucessfull when the label is NOT delivered. All our LITS come with a free Drop off receipt Upon request. This is due to the methods associated with LIT in many times requires it.LITS drop In batchs to maximize SR and is one of the few products that are monitored. UPS LITS are redrop every 2 business days. FedEx are redrop  every 3 days to avoid duplications. IF FedEx LIT Delivers in PA is considered Successful, as PA is the safety State incase of a relabel, If UPS LIT Delivers in CT Successful, as CT is the safety State incase of a relabel."

Therefore your order was indeed successful, I won't post your tracking number here but this can be closed @Alex

Your support agreed there is a problem and refunded to my website balance. I'm only asking to get the funds back because I didn't have good experience and didn't get what I paid for, therefore the most fair way to clear this situation is to refund the money back.

It clearly wasn't successful. The tracking got delivered and signed, besides that it also got duplicated which lead to even worse outcome. The service wasn't delivered as promised and I don't want to use the service in the future, I just want to get a fair resolution from the admins here because I couldn't get it from you.
