Additional Information:
When I asked him if he could handle the full work order and refund from Amazon.de, he immediately replied “yes.” He told me to pay €40 for the account, which I did right away.
He then asked me to provide my card details, shipping address, and item information.
He tried several times to place the order, but I kept receiving notifications in dollars ($) instead of euros (€), meaning he was trying through Amazon.com, not Amazon.de. He claimed it was a mistake and tried again in euros, but failed.
In the meantime, I paid him another €40 for a second account to place a different order. He confirmed he received both payments.
When he finally attempted the order, instead of around €840, I received a notification for €953. When I asked why, he said it included “dummy items to warm up” plus Amazon Prime. I reluctantly accepted.
I then waited over a week for the items, sending him multiple messages asking for proof that the order was placed. He only sent me a screenshot that said “not shipped yet.” I waited another week, and when nothing changed, I asked him to cancel the order.
On the confirmation screenshot he had sent earlier, it showed Amazon.de, but when I checked the order details, it was actually Amazon.com — with added taxes and huge shipping fees. More lies.
When I demanded proof, I asked him for a video. After three days, he sent one, but I believe it was fake. He told me I would get the refund in 5 business days after cancellation. It’s now been two weeks, and I still have nothing.
He has stopped answering my messages completely. I have repeatedly asked him for the login credentials to the email and Amazon account to check for myself, but he is ignoring me.
Also not answering at his forum but pumping it. Asked him to refund the 40€ of the account I didn’t use as well. No answer.
