It seems the last mod reviewing the thread was banned, so it was not reviewed. Please review this and ban this fag.

Basically I requested a KYC project on January 25th with him, I confirmed it with him in cracked.to on January 25th, but now the DMS aren't on cracked since cracked.to only got restored data from 22th which I was told, you can see we talk about KYC and I sent the cracked messages, he sent an address to send the money too.

His developer Ozda - Dev were coordinating with each other about my project, this screenshot provided by his developer Ozda himself, you can see his developer message a screenshot of me talking about the project "Hey I saw your post on my forum for KYC Android Program NEEDED". In this screenshot you can see it's @Eybet saying this to his developer "Will create the group when I get payment is that good for u" 


Eybet and his developer Ozda - Dev again were talking to each other showing a screenshot of my project details to Eybet about a KYC android project I needed. You can correlate this screenshot to before when Eybet said "Will create the group when I get payment is that good for u". Which he ends up doing since you can see a message of Eybet saying "Will create the group" in this screenshot and then his developer replies saying "yes" then Eybet right after says "Got payment".

Then lastly I was scammed right after cracked.to got seized, Eybet told me his funds "got seized" and we're locked, claiming he lost everything. I let his developer know that Eybet scammed me for $200, and his developer messaged him personally, this a screenshot between his Developer and Eybet, which this screenshot was provided by his Developer. You can see his Developer saying "Ozar says you didn't pay his $200"
Then Eybet responds to his developer saying "I have messaged and replied", that message and reply was to me of him saying "I lost everything how do you expect me to pay you".

Then he thought cracked.to was gone for good, so he just dipped. He then found out I was message his developer for screenshots of DMs, and deleted his DMs with him and Ozdaa

I do not know why he is claiming this project never happened or why he didn't delete messages with his developer recently. These screenshots are more than proof of the project being coordinated, confirmation, payment, and ending of him not refunding me the $200 upfront payment (It is very blurry due to me zooming in on one of the screenshots to get it, but can see the $200 up front, $200 after part and his icon...Sadly cracked did not restore back to the 25th)

This is the second time this user has reopened a scam report against me after the first one was already closed. Let me address his points clearly:
The first screenshot he provided is nothing but a blurry image that proves absolutely nothing. You can’t use an unreadable screenshot as evidence of a scam it does not show an agreement, or anything concrete.The other screenshots come from a developer who was banned from Cracked for scamming and who was removed from my team a long time ago. I’ve already explained this in the last report. It’s not valid to build an entire scam case against me based on a third party with no credibility. This same user has previously left me both a vouch+ and rep+ for my services. If I had actually scammed him, why would he leave positive feedback? That alone shows how weak and inconsistent his claims are. Please also check the previous scam report he made. In that one, he first accused me of scamming him for $325. Later, he admitted himself that project was completed successfully and delivered. Only after being proven wrong did he suddenly switch his story to this supposed “$200 KYC project.” His stories keep changing, and it’s clear his goal is just to get me banned by any means.
This report is false, just like the last one. The “evidence” is blurry screenshots and logs from a banned scammer. I have never scammed anyone, and his own vouch confirms that.
I kindly ask that this report be closed, as it’s only harming my reputation and causing me to lose clients over nothing.

The first thread was closed because the mod reviewing it was banned. It's also not a third party if we literally have messaged in our DMs together, and I was confirming the cracked.to agreement on telegram. You keep mentioning me mixing up the cases, I apologized for that. The first project was fine, the second project is when cracked went down and you thought you could get away with it..thinking cracked.to was not coming back.

Please look at the screenshots and read my story, the dates and such line up.

It literally shows him talking about my KYC project..Do you care to explain that?? Why would you be talking about your KYC project with one of your developers, then you said "Got payment" you are not acknowledging any of the screenshots at all.

I previously left you a vouch for a software that uses ngnix to remote access my computer.. That was completely different project, that was not the same one. The first time I hired you was successful, that was for a done project. Then I hired you again for a KYC APK project, then cracked went down, then you decided to dip on me with the money saying your funds got seized.

Explain the screenshots of your developer asking you why I was claiming you had not given me a refund.

Please read the screenshots, and align the dates. Why else would I have screenshots of your dms with YOUR developer of the time, talking about the KYC APK Project. Eybet is not acknowledging them at all. Or explain the screenshots of you literally talking about the KYC project with your developer, you supposedly don't know anything about??

Why would your developer say you deleted your messages with him recently as soon I opened the case and got proof of you guys talking about my project?

Are you retarded? So how would I know of a KYC APK Project of you and Ozdev talking about? And what else would I be confirming with you about? You can literally read "KYC Project" in the blurry text, I sent our cracked messages of our conversation to confirm on telegram.

Why would you be confirming the KYC project too, it literally shows you talking about it with him, and you confirm it saying "Received payment" then "Creating group now"

Then is also a screenshot that your developer sent a pic of my dms talking about the Project

In the blurry screenshot, even with the lack of quality, there was words contradict your statement. Since you agreed to this. 
From the evidence that I see, and the story, $200 were paid upfront and $200 were going to be paid after the work, which makes a total of $400 for the job.
