Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 60$
Screenshots of Communication: will be sent to admins if needed
Additional Information: to put it into context, i reached an agreement with this guy after having a dispute with this guy, got a fix and for all the problems caused and we made a 3-month agreement of using account where the only agreement also was that if bugs occurred when using artificial intelligence, seller could not be responsible for that, there were no agreements other than this, nor clarifications that the service was going to cut off and he was not going to be held responsible for this.

1. if he says to dm him right now, I'm doing it and he doesn't give me a solution just says I have to buy a personal account for a high amount price because unfortunately the ai services owners changed their policies

2. I think the right thing to do would be to give me a replacement account since he doesn't use my money to get the accounts, but rather he pays for them first and is in charge for renting them out, knowing that their use is shared

3. if not just give a refund of 2 months left cause i only used 1 month of your service

4. this is so annoying i already had to deal with this shit and thought i wouldnt have to again in life

Crypto address for a refund: just need a stupid fix

A problematic customer.

First of all, hello to everyone reading this. I will explain the situation.

The user purchased ChatGPT Pro from me about four months ago for one month.

I told him to purchase it three times because he wanted to use it on three different devices, and he did so.

They paid 20x3, totaling 60 dollars.

In their country, ChatGPT (OpenAI) has been banned by the US government.
Since they were accessing it via a VPN, they were constantly being logged out of their account. The system does this automatically.

Then they filed a complaint against me, claiming they were having issues using the product.

I gave him the all-in-one product and told him he could use it for three months.

Normally, we assign a customer-specific email address for the all-in-one product, but since I provided a replacement product, I gave him my own account instead of assigning it to his email address.

He used this product for one month until today.

The company closed the shared accounts and said that only personal accounts would work.

Due to the company's policy change, he cannot access the account. I cannot access it either.

He purchased it through the website. The product page states that it has a one-month warranty.

That's the whole story.

The compensation I offered was that we had agreed on the next purchase. I wouldn't take a commission and would deliver the product. They're not accepting it.

I extend my respects to the managers.

I see you've developed your speaking skills now that's good, of course I'm problematic to you if I want you to be fair to your customer who's me, using vpn on chatgpt account doesnt matter i had to get my own chatgpt account on official site (OpenAI) because of you and I'm using it with no issues, I bought your stuff three times so its 3 months so i can access to pro but i couldn't cause some complications thats fine you changed purchase for other stuff u got for same price thats what u had to do

currently, when trying to log in, it only says that the subscription expired. He has not clarified that something like what he is saying actually happened.

He just lied about me buying on page because I actually contacted him privately and transfered to his wallet heres proof of transfer i made, i never bought on page and accepted any term of page https://imgur.com/a/SYC4C6Z

If we talk about warranty its 3 months because we made an agreement and you just broke it and just say service owner changed their policies and nothing cant be done unless I pay you 880$ so you add months missing tf is that man

I had already given up on this case because he suggested giving me 3 months of use of the account so thats why i closed complaint, you can't just leave me out because of this unless forum admins say the opposite, if company changed their policies today and i can't use account anymore as ur saying why dont u just give 2 months refund cause those are the months remaining, or give old gpt account as replacement of this one, i dont get a proper fix from this guy thats the issue, it seems like i never have rights when buying and if i purchase and use the product automatically i accept terms and conditions as you said on private bro???? you give terms and conditions before buying not like this, you're not going to set them up your way so that i can't do anything if theres a serious issue and i lose my money

There is no lie, I am using a translation service because I don't know English well, and it is giving me an error. All the details of my products are written in the description of the ads.

It is also clearly stated that there is a 1-month usage guarantee. If I had said 3 months, I would have been wrong, but there is no such message.

Furthermore, I did not block access; I do not have that authority. If the owners of the AI change their policy, that is not my problem.

I did not give the first ChatGPT Pro account I received exclusively to this customer. Other customers are not experiencing issues. The reason they are receiving errors is because they are in a rural area.

The first delivery was accurate, as shown in the photo.

The product was used for a long time, and all conversations are available.

The product managers decided to close shared accounts. Additionally, I did not say that it was guaranteed for the entire duration. I provided this product as a backup.

Furthermore, I did not send a message stating that it was guaranteed for the duration of use.

The product I provided as compensation was used for over a month. If the company changed its policy, is that my problem?

Additionally, how can you demand a full refund for a product you used for over 1.5 months without any hesitation?

I did not commit any irregularities. However, due to translation errors, I cannot express myself clearly. That is the situation.

He also says he got his own ChatGPT account from the official website. He has no money. He's lying. He said he just graduated from college, will start working in two weeks, and will buy it again later. We have our Telegram conversations.

And he says 880 dollars, but the amount he wrote is wrong. I sell the product for 70 dollars, and when you multiply that by 12, it comes to 840 dollars. What he wrote is inconsistent.

We had agreed on a one-year membership, and I offered him a special price. Despite my guarantee, he refused when I said I would waive my commission and add two more months.

There's nothing else I can do.

He used the product for over 1.5 months.

He accessed the original OpenAI website via VPN, which is banned in his country. Since it's a shared account, the session ends—that's all.

Because when you turn the VPN on and off, it changes the IP address. I don't think he left the computer on for 365 days.

OpenAI is kicking him out of the app for security reasons. Despite this, I provided a replacement product, a different product. Now the company is blaming me due to the policies they've changed.

I'm not responsible for this.

sure there's such a message you gave me 3 months https://imgur.com/a/3qxud52 you can't just deny it like you do, guarantee or not you have to comply with that time which you gave me this account so i can use it for that long as we agreed

you cant state i used the product for a long time because you kept changing password or the service didnt work properly, after we made the agreement that even if there are bugs I will tolerate using it like that it's been 1.5 months

you did sent a message where you stated you would give me it for 3 months why do you keep lying about this

i never demanded you for full refund just for 2 months which are the months remaining, or 1.5 months as you are saying so, i never asked for full refund so stop lying stop being blind or making shit up and read the previous messages

i can show you im owning my own account since months ago because of your non-workable service lmao, ofc i coulve bought my own stuff since if im dealing with this, ill do deal with this cause i spent money on your useless stuff

if you don't want to take responsibility for anything then that's fine for you. let's wait for indications from @Alex @Darkness about this because I really don't understand you gave me 3 months of fix and when its been 1 month you don't want to be responsible after account stopping working today unless i pay you those 840$ u said so you can add the 1.5 months missing bro that must be a fucking prank

The visual you posted is the duration of the initial agreement. I am stating that it is for 3 months. I am not saying it is guaranteed for 3 months. 3 months means the duration of use. We made a new agreement on July 1. You created a topic earlier from old messages.

The summary of the situation is as follows: Yes, there was a 3-month usage right. However, the company changed its policy and prohibited shared accounts. That is all. If they claim I sent a message saying I guarantee it for 3 months, let them send a screenshot. I'll refund the remaining 1.5 months, but there's no such thing.

I provided an additional product as compensation. That's all. So the $60 payment they made was actually for ChatGPT, not for the all-in-one product.

I successfully delivered ChatGPT. However, his session kept closing because he was constantly opening and closing the VPN, changing his IP address. That's why his OpenAI account was closing.

I gave him the all-in-one product because ChatGPT was malfunctioning and he was constantly harassing me.

Normally, I give the account to customers who purchase the all-in-one product via their own email. Only they have access to it. However, since this was a compensation, I gave him my own account. So I was using the account myself. It was naturally shared. I told him he could use it for 3 months. My account is closing because the company changed its policy. He used it for 1.5 months, so I don't understand why he's talking as if I closed his account.

He had previously filed a complaint. I don't remember the exact date, but around July 1, darkness closed the case.

Now he's sending messages from May. Nonsense.

What I suggested to him was that I could add an extra two months to his next purchase. I offered him a one-year deal for $660 instead of $840. And I told him I would add two more months on top of the one-year term.

$660 for 14 months.

@Darkness; @Alex;

As you can see in the image, he says that his ChatGPT Pro account is not working. He changed the product policies I gave him as an alternative to this account, that's all.

He also says the account isn't working. So why is he asking me to give him back that account in his messages today?

Here are the messages: https://prnt.sc/nmw5A-Yq6Faf

But it wasn't working?

What will he do with the non-working account?

Is he just pulling silly tricks to get free products? That's all?

The first ChatGPT account I gave him was working. The same account is still active, but since he's using it with a VPN, OpenAI account security is kicking him out regularly because he's connecting from a different location.

I gave the same account to three other customers, and none of them had any issues. The session was closing because the VPN was putting account security at risk.

I gave him free additional products because he was complaining. Now he's complaining again.

The reason is that the owners of the all-in-one AI changed their policy and closed shared accounts.

I sold him a 3-month ChatGPT Pro subscription, but if he can't use the product, that's his problem.

I suggest he change countries.

He himself states that it is due to policies.

I have logged into my original GPT account many times before, but unfortunately, I cannot send 20 verification codes per day.

Proof.

I insist that this is due to the VPN.

You can review the images, but they are not listening to me.

You committed suicide.
