Additional Information: Long time ago I bought that service from him. First of all when I bought it after I paid he told me that it's not a key how is written on his thread and that he is not upgrading a personal account. So the thing is that the thread is complete bullshit but I was fine with it if the account was stable, not cr4cked and not shared. The account he provided to me was upgraded through a team method which is not even stable. He had to provide me with a new account every week with which I was not satisfied. The last time I requested a new account was when the forum was down and he told me that the method he is using is now patched and can't provide me with a new account which is bullshit in my opinion so I wanted to request a refund because he never provided me with an stable account and he told me that if I want a new account that I have to pay again for his service which is absurd.

Hello mods,
I hope you're doing well. I’d like to provide a clear explanation regarding the issue raised by this use concerning a service I offered.
What I sold was a functional account to a specific product. In order to access that account, a  method was used — one that allowed access with login credentials. Unfortunately, that method stopped working due to updates or patches made by the service provider some months ago.
I want to clarify that I did not sell a method , but rather access to a product. However, the access method — which was not under my control — eventually stopped working due to external factors. If method got patched it's not any fault on my part, but because the technical means to access it no longer existed.
At the time of purchase and during our communication, I clearly informed that:
  • Warranty expires if method dies.
  • It could stop working at any time.
  • If that happened, there would be no replacement or refund , since the access depended on an external factor beyond my control.
While the method was still functional, I provided replacements and support whenever needed. But once it was patched and no longer worked, I was unable to continue offering access.
He is now requesting a refund, but I believe that is not justified, since:
  • The account was delivered and worked for a period of time.
  • The risks and limitations were clearly communicated from the start.
  • The service was not based on a method that I controlled or could guarantee.
I appreciate your time and understanding in reviewing this matter.

Additional information:
He messaged me after a full year of service running — basically the entire service period has already been completed. Now, after a long period of silence, he's asking for a refund.
The problem is, how can I even verify if his account was patched or not? I can’t know, and neither can anyone else. He can’t just come back after an entire year and expect a refund — that’s simply unreasonable.
I won’t be issuing a refund for two main reasons:
  1. The method has expired, and so has any warranty that came with it.
  2. It's very clear to me that he's trying to scam me into giving him something for free.
He’s just one of those users who wants something for nothing and creates problems to get attention. Just look at how he refers to me in his messages — it's all part of the same pattern.
I want to ask mods to remove that -6 negative rep he gave me yesterday and bad vouch he gave me and still is there, I don't deserve these negative things.

I’d like to address everyone here in the forum.

I previously had an issue with this person, which was eventually resolved — similar to a situation where, for example, a Netflix account has a problem and the seller fixes it, and everything continues to work normally. It was really that simple. However, nearly a year has passed, and now he's asking for a refund. What's more, he is not being truthful.

The issue I had with him before was resolved, but at that time he deleted his own chat messages and then sent me a message claiming I deleted the conversation. He has a pattern of lying here in the forum, and I confronted him about it at the time. Please don't be misled by his claims.

First of all you deleted the whole chat messages like 5 times that’s why I have screenshots of the communication. Second You never edited your thread that you giving an account not a key or personal upgrade. Third I never received a functional stable account from you all accounts get deleted after a couple of days max 1-2 weeks which was annoying and I have proof of it.

Hello Moderators / Everyone,

1. Regarding deleted messages:
At that time he claimed I deleted the entire chat. This is completely false.
When he first made this accusation a year ago, I took a screenshot of the conversation as proof . In that screenshot, he himself wrote that I had deleted messages — as if it were true — but that was not the case. What actually happened is that we were managing the login credentials for the account, and during that process after i finished sending the product, whole messages were deleted  but not by me, he wrote about it and i just simply re-sent the credentials asap, i had to press ctrl+c because these credentials were just sent minutes ago at that time.
This is not the first time this user has made false accusations like this. He has a pattern of manipulating conversations and blaming others when things don’t go his way since today it's second time for the same reason.
To the moderators: I’d like to point out that his forum username is "Manipulation," which speaks volumes about his intentions in this case. Please be cautious and don’t be misled by his tactics.

2. Regarding Terms and Conditions:
He also claims I never updated my thread or informed buyers that I was offering an account
This is not accurate. At the time of payment, I clearly sent the Terms and Conditions , which are standard for this type of service and include the following:
  • The service is provided via an account, not a key.
  • The method used may expire over time.
  • Support is provided while the method is functional.
  • Once the method is patched, there are no refunds or replacements.
These terms were accepted by him when he purchased. Whether he chose to ignored them is on him. I fulfilled my responsibility by providing support whenever needed during the service period.
Now, a full year after the purchase , and with the method expired (as clearly stated in the TOS), there is no basis for a refund or further support.

3. Regarding account stability:
You received a fix for that account many months ago. Posting "proof" of that issue in this thread is irrelevant to the current matter, as the problem was already resolved at the time — just like any seller would do when an account stops working.
In fact, this exact issue was part of a previous "scam report" you opened unnecessarily. The situation was: you messaged me for a fix very early in the morning, while I was asleep. When I woke up, I saw your messages — along with insults — and found that you had already opened a report.
That was clearly not the appropriate course of action. All you needed to do was send me a message so I could help you, as I always did.
Instead, you chose to escalate immediately, which only wasted everyone’s time and possibly in hopes of getting a refund or some kind of advantage. For the record, I successfully defended myself in that previous report because I did what was expected: I fixed the issue.
Now, the method has expired, my Terms of Service were clear from the beginning, and a full year has passed since the purchase. There is nothing left to refund or fix.
Any further requests from him] are in violation of my TOS.
Once again, I ask you to carefully consider his pattern of behavior and not be misled by his claims. Thank you for your time and fair judgment in this matter.

That shitty AI messages that you sent are bullshit btw. Also about the deleting messages I still can prove that you deleted the chat even the last time because you blocked me and deleted the whole chat aswell. About my name what does it matter my forum name with the deal dispute ??w\e i will stop replying to your crap I will send all the chats etc to the admin in PM.

You're welcome to send whatever you want to the admins — in fact, I encourage it. Let them review the full conversation and decide who’s telling the truth, after all they just need to see the date of your last report to know how you are.
As for your claim that I blocked you, I did that a couple days ago, since you were aggresive and writing insults to me after I explained warranty expired you tried to intimidate me saying you will ruin my reputation on forum.
Regarding your comment about my messages being "AI-generated" — I'm just using proper English and professionalism. If that bothers you, maybe reflect on why your own messages look and sound the way they do.
 
Let’s be clear: a full year has passed since your purchase. The method has expired, the warranty has expired with it, and the Terms of Service were accepted by you from the beginning. I’m not sure why you’re still trying to get a refund or some kind of compensation — there is nothing left to give.
Anyone reading this can clearly see what’s going on. If you doubt how this works, ask any seller on this forum — when a method dies, the warranty ends with it. Even if we were to ignore that, a full year has passed. There is no justification for your request.
Please stop wasting my time and the moderators’ time. You know how this works. You’re simply trying to get something for free even if you need to lie about it and that’s not going to happen, moderators aren't kids to fall in your games.

So I still don’t understand did you provide the product you written on your thread or not? As I said when I first bought it I read that you giving key or upgrading personal account and after I paid you told me that you’re not doing that and you will provide me with STABLE email:pass account that I never received. As I said these accounts that you always replace was getting deleted after couple of days and you know that. You just talking bullshit that warranty expired etc but you never provided what I paid for so.. And you started talking about that warranty expired immediately after cracked closed because there was no way to open scam report and you didn’t care and even deleted the chat again after that. So you deleted the chat like 5 times and you still lying that you never did that.
