Additional Information: Paid him $140 for a fully verified USA paypal account meaning it was supposed to already be verified with selfie scan and ID. I literally asked him to confirm that it was before I sent him the money or decided to buy it and he said yea it was. Gave me an account that was not verified. Paying $140 for nothing. Refund, dont want your product.
