I recently noticed that the "Deal with Caution" tag appears to be either manually removed or affected by some internal mechanism. Users with ongoing dispute cases no longer have the tag displayed under their names.
In my opinion, it would make more sense and be safer for the community if members with unresolved cases kept the tag until their on-going cases are fully resolved.
