Additional Information: well i paid this guy for an ozan plus account, once I paid he gave me the steps and the infos to use to create the account, then once i got into a step with additionnal infos to add he said "oh ok done" then i was unable to create vcc's as promoted in his thread, after that I he said oh they removed it rip then, when i asked for refund he declined, he sais i dont do refunds cuz i'd be losing money and then banned me from the server, well it's your fault dear sir, he was nice at first but now am really disappointed of him.

Explained before purchase that this bank doesn't really work like it supposed to.
Topups isnt possible etc. but he proceeded anyways.
You can ask him if i warned him about the topup issue and bank issue and suggested to get Ozan Super instead but he said he want plus plan.
Provided all info etc. Also there is no refund policy on banks stated on the ad itself. so idk what kinda refund he is seeking right now.

You said "you can't topup" plus plan, I said no worries I got someone in turkey who can do so, you said ah ok good, you never said that there's a possibility that the upgrade never works, and for the warranty, 1st if you read the forum rules it says "ToS on sales threads are to be ignored in case of a scam report" and even you said "there's warranty on purchase" I would agree that it's my fault if it at least worked for an hour, but it didn't work a single second, we wait for @Darkness to take a look and let us know who's wrong.

here's another explanation cuz I'm seeing the my explanation was a bit done in a hurry :

So basically I contacted him to buy an Ozan account that costs $30, once I paid him he provided me with the steps to create it myself and the data I needed, once I've put the already given data I clicked next and it asked me for another data I thought it was going to provide it but then he just said oh okay done please leave a vouch, I thought that was it so I went to the account to try and use it and create a VCC but when I tried to create a VCC it said please verify your account blah blah blah, I thought I just had to restart the app so I started the app and went to check the settings and it said basic plan, well when I sent him everything he took I don't know how much time to reply I had to tag him multiple times, then he was like oh that's not normal it should show plus plan, I was like but it's saying basic, then he went to check on the website of the Ozan SuperAPP, and he said oh it seems like they removed the plus plan, I said can you refund me then he said oh no I can't refund you because the data I gave you I paid for it and I would be losing money and I can only refund you $5 which is my profit ( and I really doubt it because the data he gave me doesn't cost 25$ ) anyways, and about the thing that she said " oh I warned him about this plan that it's problematic blah blah blah" 1st idc if it's problematic I just need it to be that plan, and also no he just said that you wouldn't be able to top up money but I told him nah don't worry about it I just need to be plus plan and I can generate vccs because I have mate in Turkey who can top up for me, anyways I think I deserve a refund because I paid for something which is the plus plan and I didn't even get it and I don't think that I am responsible about him not having updated info about his service.

also i dont think there was any reasoning after I told him it's not my fault that i have to lose 30$ on nothing he just said "Well i was trying to explain kindly but sure" then he banned me lolz
