Hello, I’d like to address the scam accusation made against me and clarify a few key points regarding my service and responsibilities.
First and foremost, I categorically deny any involvement in the alleged theft or unauthorized access to the account after the 24-hour warranty period. I have been operating in the OpenUps service industry for over 2 years, and my reputation is built on trust, transparency, and legitimate service. I have never had any intention to scam anyone, and I take these accusations very seriously.
About the Service Provided:- The account provided was verified using real human workers, not automated tools or unauthorized methods.
- As clearly stated in my policy, buyers are required to secure the account within 24 hours of delivery.
- This includes:
- Changing the password
- Changing the email address
- Changing the phone number
- Setting up 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
- Reviewing and removing any active sessions
Regarding Access:- My workers do not have access to the buyer’s email or final credentials.
- Once the account is delivered, the buyer is solely responsible for its security.
- If these steps are not taken within the warranty window, I cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or issues that occur afterward.
To the Accuser:You claim the account was stolen after you charged it with $300. However:- You waited beyond the 24-hour warranty period.
- It appears that proper security steps (such as email change or removing active sessions) may not have been fully completed.
- I did not receive any response from you during the crucial 24-hour window, where I could have assisted you directly.
I am more than willing to cooperate with platform staff and provide logs or proof of communication to clear my name. But blaming me for a failure to follow post-sale security instructions is unjust and misrepresents the reality of the situation. @Liars please analyze this scam report.

That is bs. in fact you assure me not to change anything cause only you have access to it. even that i ask why you sign in to the accounts you just say what and dont say that it is possible your "slaves" are doing it so change password now.
you never told me about this policy you say no need to change anything. even in your thread is nothing about this policy. nice attempt to scam people and blame it on this policy but people see through this.
shortterm thinker brokie

To clarify again — I had nothing to do with the loss of access to the account after the 24-hour warranty period.
As stated clearly in my Terms of Service (ToS), which are posted in the Telegram channel you're redirected to when clicking on my thread, by purchasing from me, you are automatically agreeing to those terms.
The ToS specifically states:- You are required to secure the account (change email, password, add 2FA, and remove all sessions) within 24 hours.
- My warranty covers only the first 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- After that period, I am no longer responsible for what happens to the account.
You had more than enough time to secure the account properly. If you failed to follow the instructions and didn’t take the necessary security steps, the responsibility lies with you — not me.
I’ve been in this industry for over 2 years, and I’ve handled dozens of sales professionally. I don’t scam, and I don’t need to. If you have any proof that contradicts what I’ve said, feel free to post it — otherwise, I ask that you keep things respectful and factual.
I’m fully willing to cooperate with the forum staff and provide logs or proof to clear this up.

I understand you're upset, but there’s a clear misunderstanding here. I always aim to be transparent and clear with my customers, and I do apologize if you feel like you weren’t fully informed.
However, my Terms of Service (ToS) are clearly posted in the Telegram channel linked in my thread — this is the standard for all transactions. It’s stated in bold that by purchasing from me, you are agreeing to those terms. If you didn’t see or read them, that’s unfortunate, but it doesn’t change the fact that they were always available to you.
Regarding your claim about me assuring you "only I have access" — I always inform customers that they need to secure the account (change email, password, etc.) immediately. After 24 hours, I can no longer be held responsible, and that’s exactly what the ToS outlines.
As for the 300 USD, I can assure you this is not how I do business. I’ve been in this industry for over 2 years, and I’ve helped many customers without issue. It's frustrating to hear this kind of accusation, especially when the solution was in your hands.
I’d be happy to cooperate with the forum or platform staff and provide any needed evidence to clear things up.
