Amount or Item(s) Scammed:

180 euros + wasted time + attempted scam of the PP account with 660 euros inside
Basicly this waste of sperm tried scamming the paypal account after failing the verification, and can't show me the docs he used. What did i pay 180 euros for?

Story:
Let me be clear: He didn't wanted to do MM, so this should be a red flag for everyone. I paid him upfront.
I messaged him to verify a paypal account of mine, for a client. He said it daily that "i will do it today" and he never did. 
As a client i had to ping him daily to wake the fuck up.
I paid him 180 euros to verify the paypal with ID, to unlock it. Obviously he failed, it was expected, his attitude showed the fact that his ass at what he does, whatever, doesn't matter.
The main problem is that the account will release the funds in 180 days. I can verify it aswell with BS docs to get it to release the funds. My problem is the fact that HE IS NOT WILLING TO SHOW THAT HE ACTUALLY MADE SPECIFIC DOCS FOR MY ACCOUNT, I CANNOT SEE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK HE DID. WHAT DID I PAY 180 EUROS FOR?

On top of this, funnly enough, my +44 number was suddenly remooved from the paypal, and it had an unknown number on it. After telling him that this is a poor scam attempt (the account has 660 euros inside) he suddenly said he didn't do it, but funnly enough he had access to the paypal account, i couldn't get in.

What a poor ass, fucking trash service, done by a trash human.

My scamreport is made beacuse i want to see what i said before: HE IS NOT WILLING TO SHOW THAT HE ACTUALLY MADE SPECIFIC DOCS FOR MY ACCOUNT, I CANNOT SEE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK HE DID. WHAT DID I PAY 180 EUROS FOR?

Let’s clear things up with facts and evidence — not rage posts.

1. Guarantee of Success? Never Promised.
Before the payment was made, the user explicitly asked if the PayPal account restoration was guaranteed, and I clearly responded (quoted):

Quote:"No. You can still withdraw your funds in 3 months if it doesn't. My docs are flawless and I get it done, but it's not up to me if they reinstate the account or not. It depends on how you used it until now."
He agreed to proceed knowing this.

2. Custom Documents Were Created.
This wasn’t some quick fake-ID job. I had to prepare custom ID documents matching the details of his PayPal account, then scan them through PayPal’s system, including:
  • Front & back of ID
  • Name match
  • Country match
  • Document formatting
  • Selfie verification prompt
    He’s claiming now he could've "just uploaded BS docs" — but if that were true, he wouldn’t have paid me in the first place. He clearly couldn’t do the selfie/KYC part, which is where I stepped in.


3. False Accusation: Phone Number Removed.
  • I did not remove any phone number.
  • In fact, when he accused me of this, I was still logged into the account, because he was not bright enough to remove my access.
  • I re-added his correct phone number myself and recorded the entire session.
    He likely made that accusation hoping to frame me, but failed to cover his tracks properly.


4. Work Delivered – Result Not Guaranteed.
PayPal account restoration is never guaranteed, no matter how flawless the documents are — especially when the account is already flagged or misused.
  • I created the documents and attempted the verification as agreed.
  • I wasn’t asked to show the documents mid-process because they are submitted directly through the verification portal.
  • I’m not obligated to hand over identity documents after submission, especially if they contain sensitive template work that can be reused, stolen, or resold.
  • He clearly wasn't able to do the Scan KYC Verification, using random documents as he states, that's why he went with my service.
 

  • Summary
  • I was transparent about the service and outcome from the start.
  • I created and submitted the required documents.
  • He agreed to the terms.
  • I did not steal or attempt to steal the PayPal account.
  • This report is driven by emotion and buyer's remorse, not fraud. I’ll provide logs/screens if needed to back all of the above.
  • Thanks for reviewing this fairly.


    I'll gladly provide @Liars, or which admin will be handling this scam report, all of the chat between me and the buyer, proof that I've added his phone number back to the account, and also the custom documents I've scanned through PayPal's verification system.

@Liars - All i want from this dumb twat is to see with my own two eyes that he indeed used documents dedicated to the account, nothing else.

The rest is just cover up, likely he tried stealing the acc but w/e, i literally dont care about any of that, it was obvious from a mile away by how much he cared about everything, that his service is ass and shit quality.

Cause so far the quality of your service was dogshit, especially the responsetimes lmao

I hope he swears on his parents life he didnt remoove my number and added his, and i hope it fires back on him.

I can understand your frustration, but I can assure you that I had nothing to do with the account that was stolen from my customer.
This is not "my first scam", since I never scammed anybody. 
I will 100% follow the admin's instruction regarding that other scam report.

In your case, you are not even demanding for a refund since you know you don't deem one, but in case @Liars wants to see the documents I've used for himself, or send them to you. I will gladly do that.

I can understand your frustration, but I can assure you that I had nothing to do with the account that was stolen from my customer.
This is not "my first scam", since I never scammed anybody. 
I will 100% follow the admin's instruction regarding that other scam report.
