Additional Information:
Me and my partner purchased a Revolut Bank account for $600 from him. We were aware that the accounts get terminated quickly, so we decided to cash out $600 to the account from an affiliate platform to be break even to test in case it dies/he scams. We requested a cashout to the bank account, and before it was even sent, the account got terminated. As you can see in the chats its also explained that we never really did much with the account, other than log in to get the details to do the transaction. He told us he will give us a replacement, he never did and we waited too long. We'd like a full refund of the paid amount 0.00811542 BTC (At the time it was $600 but its grown in price now). We prefer a refund since we don't think a replacement will do any better and will just hurt our business (which already raised flags in our affiliate account for trying to cash out to a locked bank account).
Long story short, we did as we were supposed to, it was not terminated after the funds were received, as he also was able to see on the account itself. We don't want to risk using his accounts again and we prefer a refund.

This scam report is invalid, indeed account died but the reasons are unknown, I provide a 48hours warranty for my products, everything after that is irrelevant to me, the terms were told before he purchased and he agreed to them by purchasing.
Even though warranty was expired i felt bad for him and i decided to replace, its my issue that i delayed the replace but it does not change the fact that he got a replacement on 8th (I had not even seen this scam report by then because he told me nothing regarding it).
Replace was delayed due to amount of orders i have had the past weeks but he got a working replacement.
I get paid to deliver a KYC verified account, I dont get paid to guarantee his methods work.

He said:

You are not helping us, you are selling us a product, help is done free.
We paid for a product that is not working. We don't have no "method", we have accounts on an affiliate platform that we discussed with you. We need a bank account to withdraw from the platform, hence we PURCHASED one from you. We did not even receive the funds on the bank account, it got terminated BEFORE the funds even arrived, for which our affiliate account was flagged but we sorted that out.

To repeat myself - we didn't use the account, other than to log in the first time to check if all is good and the next time to check whether the withdraw arrived (spoiler alert it never arrived, account was terminated before funds arrived and he saw it with his own eyes which can be seen in the screenshots).

Additionally, I would understand that warranty is for when a product is used, or broken when used for what it is made, but it broke before it got used. What you are doing and did is not because you "felt bad", but you are being manipulative to gain sympathy from admins and forum community. You sent a replacement a long time after we were asking you and trying to reach you for days. To be exact you sent the replacement after this scam report was opened, and even then it was sloppy.

We don't want a replacement, we want a refund. Its been a whole month and we had the time to figure it out without you, we can't risk losing our affiliate accounts because we are forced to use your replacement because you are not capable of refunding.

As i said again, I don't care how you use the account or what your platform supports, i get paid to do a KYC, you get the account info and all docs it comes with.
I don't need sympathy from anyone, i told you the terms and you did not contact me within 2 days after delivery, you contacted me 7 days after, which i have all proofs since i downloaded our conversation from telegram.
The replacement was definitely a goodwill from me since i am not obligated to refund / replace you, as far i am concerned i have delivered you another replacement on 8th and the account is still up and running, if account died before you used then it does not mean all my accounts die like that, i have happy customers who return to purchase from me since years ago.

As I've mentioned above, you delivered the replacement a long time after we told you the account is broken. You delivered few days after the scam report was opened and you was banned. In between which you insulted us numerous times and then blocked us.

We never touched the account you sent because we already had opened the scam report after waiting for so long and we just want a refund.

Additionally, you say that you get paid to do KYC, but in your first reply you've said that you are paid to deliver KYC verified accounts - which is exactly what we paid for and why we came to you. If we needed just a KYC verification, we would provide the account, but you made the entire thing and sold it to us, including a VM in which it is used. We paid 600 eur (I mistyped in the thread you can check the blockchain), and we got delivered a revolut bank account which when we tried to withdraw funds to, before the funds arrived it got terminated and resulted with a flag on our account.

We don't want to risk working with your accounts anymore, if you have loyal customers that trust you then don't refund us get banned leave this forum, because forum users need to know what type of service they are dealing with. Otherwise accept your mistake and send us a refund.

Too much talking for a simple solution. You wont get refunded, simple as that, you were promised a replacement and you got it.
I will let the mods decide the solution. All i have to repeat again is that you got the promised replacement.
