I am writing to explain my situation because I am currently very upset.

I placed an order with FoodAIO for a one-week hotel reservation. Everything went smoothly during the booking process. However, once I sent the cryptocurrency payment, things started to go wrong . The seller became distant and took a long time to respond. After several follow-up messages, I was even scolded, supposedly because I had spoken rudely, even though I was very careful with my words fearing they might block me and keep my money.

Eventually, after a few hours, they sent me the confirmation, but it contained an error: the dates were off by one day. I asked them to correct the date, but they ignored me for several days until it was too late to make any changes. During this time, they lied and said the change had been made when it hadn’t. Later, they claimed the original dates I requested were unavailable, which was another lie because I had checked the availability before placing the order.

Despite these lies and wasted time, I decided to stay calm and accept the situation. I told myself I could spend the last night at the airport before my flight.

When I arrived at the hotel, I had to explain that I would be arriving one day late and ask them not to cancel my reservation. Everything seemed fine until the next morning. At 8:00 a.m., the hotel staff knocked on my door and slid a note under it. The note stated that I had to pay for the entire week immediately, or they would block access to my room.

My girlfriend, who is hypersensitive, started crying from the stress. Feeling pressured, we panicked, packed our bags as quickly as we could, and tried to leave. The staff tried to stop us, but luckily, they didn’t physically block us, and we managed to leave while they yelled at us in Italian. You can imagine the state of my girlfriend, to whom I had promised a romantic getaway.

After this traumatic experience, I reached out to FoodAIO to report the situation. Instead of helping, they kept giving me the runaround and even suggested I place another order, which is completely unacceptable after what we just went through.

At the moment, my mother has had to book a hotel for us tonight so we have somewhere to stay. I was relying on the cryptocurrency I sent to FoodAIO to legit book an cheap hotel and refund my mother.

Thank you in advance for your help, and I hope for a quick resolution to this issue.

Is this a joke? They literally forced us out while shouting at us and demanding we pay €700.
in addition I had to pay 80€ tourist tax for the whole week which they did not reimburse me

Now I need my money back to make a legit reservation and you're trying not to refund me? after all what happened?
