Additional Information: This has become a last resort as i've been ignored constantly. I would like to point out i've purchased many account from CHEAPDIP in the past and have never had any issues, all communications have been excellent until this issue. My Spotify was coming to a end which was previously purchased via CHEAPDIP, so i went back to purchase a further 12 months once the sub had expired. I was told the method couldn't be done so was added to a family plan which lasted a few week and since then have been totally ignored. I went elsewhere to purchase the same plan and it was done with 1 hour just like the old method that was claimed wasn't working anymore.

I would just take a refund, i received just under 1 month of a 12 month sub for £24.99. I had to purchase the same account elsewhere, so do not need another account, so a partial refund for the remaining 11 months would be appreciated.
