Is HMC dead?

I have the 2.2.4 version of hmc which i paid $200 for. Today I went to use it as usual and my login credentials were not working.
I tried going back to telegram bot that I bought it from and it seems to be banned. 

Does anyone faced this issue too? lmk what to do
