What kind of bullshit is this? I pay for a product, reach out to days, you say you're gonna make the account, ignore me for several days extra and now you want to refund me in a different cryptocurrency then the original a week later? and you 100% would've kept lying and ignoring me if I did not make this scam report. Abysmal support and service wasting my time.

I have NowPayment Processor it converts everything to LTC, so I don't have XMR at all
