Bought an account from his shop but ig hes facing some issue with hoodpay so i didnt receive any account but the money was sent to his wallet and when i asked him about it , he keeps  ignoring me

Actually Hoddpay got serius issues with their api and their setup.

Cusomers (mine) had some issue but i receive payment so they just contact me and i give them the product. 

I wish he replaces it for you brother.
