I was able to recover it back. It was never mentioned that it was a hacked account. I assumed you’d create a new email. I don’t have time to check my email on weekends. I only saw it today.

you mentioned on telegram that you managed to recover it back (email) but since you already had 2fa on telnyx, no one is able to access the account other than yourself. 
it's possible you recovered it yourself and made false tickets on telnyx just to get another telnyx account out of this.
It was already mentioned in the deal escrow'd by @Darkness there is no warranty for the account.

You could've also changed email to telnyx or just secured the email I sent to you, if you don't have time to check your own shit, i'm not responsible for  it lol

Password was changed from Germany. Just after it was changed the email was sent to Telnyx Support.
If I wanted a free account like a freeloader, why would I get my own account disabled and why would I pay for another account?
I bought the account on 10 pm IST and this happened at 12:22 IST, barely even 2 hours.
I only got to notice it once they replied to the ticket, since there was no reason to check Sent mails.

as per your screenshots, you recharged with a card, if you knew how to use telnyx account you'd never use card to refill the balance lol.
You need to use bitcoin to recharge it

For Admins: If the card is fraudulent / virtual / anything unusual with the account details, telnyx bans the account and also refunds the transaction (I think)
