So here's step by step tutorial on how do to it yourself.
(Note, for other countries, to get the verification message, simply incorrectly enter the name, of the person you are trying to create the information under, go-to name change, update the mis-entered characters, you'll be required to upload identification.) - Note: this doesn't prevent your account from getting locked.
